TreNello, a school for mathematics and arts that has been functioning for some time, officially launching today 05 May, 2018 at 1111 Block AA at the Zwanaka Book Café.
The school was opened by 28 year old Bachelor of Education graduate, Sibonelo Tshabalala who is originally from Newcastle.

He said the aim is to have a traditional private school that operates from Monday to Friday, but for now, it is functional on Saturdays and provides one on one consultations during the week and house calls for Grade 1-9.

Originally, from New Castle, Mr Tshabalala said, “after finishing my first degree I wanted to do a second degree and it was in Soshanguve TUT Campus and that’s how I ended up in Soshanguve.”

Mr Tshabalala who studied education and majored in electrical technology, mathematics and engineering, said after finishing his first degree he wanted to do a second degree and that is how he came to Soshanguve.

He said the passion to help African children is what motivated him to start the school because African students have special needs. He first started with an NGO focusing on career development in 2012 after working as an IT technician for five years.

He then decided that he needed to add more value to the society and started by becoming a teacher until March this year, 2018 when he decided that he needs to open a school.
