Koketso Nkuna(25) is a craft speaker box maker from Soshanguve block F who makes speaker boxes “venom speakers” from his own backyard.
He studied the craft at Furniture World in block F for free and can now install kitchen units, wall units and install car sound systems.
He is funding the business from his savings from his part-time work at an alarm installation company.
His father also plays a big role in the production of the speaker boxes.
He said the business is seven months old but the response from people is reaching buyers as far as Centurion.
“I would like to see the business grow more than this to be able to help assist others to learn to craft and be their own bosses as it is very possible,” Mr Nkuna said.
