The City of Tshwane’s Customer Care Walk-In-Centre in Block F, Soshanguve, has been closed for the day after a customer collapsed and passed away while standing in a queue to be served this morning.
The City said the center’s personnel is traumatized by witnessing this unfortunate incident and counseling will be arranged for them. The matter is now in the hands of the South African Police service
The City expressed condolences to the family of the deceased customer and urged customers to visit other nearest centers for services.
