The Soshanguve Police Station is temporarily closed due to a Covid-19 related incident.
Captain Masondo, from the South African Police Service in Gauteng (SAPS) said the building will be undergoing decontamination and the community will be informed when the station will be operational again.
The Community Service Centre will be operating from the guard room which is at the gate entrance. The telephones lines at the client service center will not be accessible during this time.
For emergencies, the community is advised to contact the station commander on 082 414 5211, branch commander at 082 822 8368, duty officer at 082 414 4333, CSC at 071 675 6286, and the communication officer at 082 414 5436.
The community is urged to observe Covid-19 regulations and always wear masks and avoid social gatherings.
