On Mandela Day, Soshanguve Crossing and its partners from Mac Donald, Tampico Spur Steak, Roots Butchery, and Spar donated gifts and provided the children’s home with free meals for the 67 minutes of Mandela day.
In a statement, Soshanguve Crossing management said they would like to extend their gratitude to everyone who participated in making this event a success.
The event took place at the Boitumelo Children’s Home, where the mall and its partners Spar, Roots Butchery, Mac Donald, and Tampico Spur Steak distributed free meals, backpacks, and other things like scarves for the winter.
Prudence Ndlovu, from Boitumelo Children’s Home, thanked the partners for making the day at the Boitumelo Children’s Home delightful.
“We also applaud the Soshanguve community for always supporting Soshanguve Mall as a way to show one another love and support. The day was a success, and the kids are content because it was a special day for them. I wish Soshanguve Crossing Mall continued success on other projects,” she said.
